It is a service offered by Weblink.IN Pvt.Ltd which is owned and managed by Weblink .IN Pvt. Ltd. ("Company") with its registered office at 33 & 33A, Rama Road, Industrial Area, Near Kirti Nagar Metro Station, New Delhi, 110015 (India). Any person who accesses and/or uses the Platform in any manner ("User", "you", "your"), agrees to abide the Terms and Conditions ("Terms").

This policy is exclusively applicable on the Website operated by the Company and not beyond.    1. Information is collected from the Users at the time of enquiry or at certain specific instances of usage of Services wherein Users are requested to provide with the requisite information including contact information.
   2. The personal information requested is for usage by the Company alone, unless it is specifically stated otherwise or if the Users choose to share it with some User / Visitor / Third Party explicitly.
   3. The other information the Users share is used to provide apt solutions for which the User has chosen the Services of the Company.

2. Information Distribution

   1. In a constant endeavour to improve the online platform to make it more efficient and in sync with the current trends and technologies, mails or feedback calls may be made time to time to the Users regarding our services which may be obtained from the automated match-making tools based on your preference, activity etc. via direct mails.
   2. Only the Company or its employees working under confidentiality agreements will send these direct mailers.

3. Information Sharing and Protection

   1. The Company doesn’t disclose or share any of the Users personally identifiable information unless under special circumstances or if requested by a government or law enforcement body or as permitted in terms of this Privacy Policy.
